Longlocks is part of the Topper Dawn Doll family. Rosemary is of the Palitoy family from England.
The girls decided there needed to be a big giving attention to them because there is all this attention given to Pippa and Dawn.
In THEIR blog it’s the Dawns and Pippa’s who are the sidekicks.
